ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to any individual who wishes to enter the information requested by the COMPANY. Void where prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance. Employees of the COMPANY, (and their immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible. By entering the Contest, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the COMPANY, the SITE DEVELOPER/HOST, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prizes which may be won. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the COMPANY (who are the sole judges), which are final and binding in all respects.

ODDS OF WINNING: The COMPANY will randomly select one (1) winning entry every two months. The odds of winning are based entirely on the number of entries.

PRIZE AWARDING: All winners will be notified by email. Upon verification of the winners email address, the prize will be issued to the winner within 1-2 weeks. By accepting the award, winner agree that the COMPANY, related companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, are not responsible for and will be held harmless by winner for, any liability for any loss, injury or damage to person, including death, or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this promotion. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users of the same e-mail account, the authorized owner of the e-mail account at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the contest entrant.

If disqualified for any of the above abuses, the COMPANY reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate. GENERAL INFORMATION: This Contest is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Hawaii in the U.S., exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Hawaii. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Hawaii and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Hawaii.
